We provide significant impact on the lives of children and their families by
promoting self-sufficiency through education, life skills and job development.
Scholarships: Financial assistance for educational and related living expenses provided to
Buckner clients pursuing higher education and vocational training.
Schools: Institutions providing comprehensive education to children and youth from
kindergarten through 8th grade.
Vocational Training: Services providing job skills and technology training, educational support
and faith-based character development training with the specific intention of equipping clients
with a marketable skill to achieve self sufficiency.
Transitional Services: Intensive case management and assistance for youth who have aged out
of foster care. Services are designed to strengthen individuals and promote self sufficiency
while moving them from the state system to independence.
